MSAC complex consists of six different portal frame structures: two swimming pools, one indoor, one outdoor, show court and three spot halls. The type of portal frame varies depending on certain requirements.
In the basketball hall wider roofing sheets allow purlins to be spaced wider.
On the back wall structural columns alternate with non-structural. The non-structural ones do not run to the floor.
The roofing for this hall is different, hence the purling spacing is much smaller.

Halls are relatively free span. However, a few columns are placed in the middle of one of the halls. Roofing detail with a gutter. Gutter appears to have no down pipe or discharge. And according to the dirt the fall is not sufficient.

Just a strange detail that I found. I don't think it was intended.
